Organization Summary
Hope Center Ministries is a growing nonprofit discipleship recovery program with multiple centers across the U.S. Hope Center Ministries exists to lead addicts and their families
to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We do this by helping those individuals bound by drug addiction and/or alcoholism find lasting freedom and sobriety through a relationship with Jesus Christ, which translates into seeing the lost saved, the saved freed, the freed restored, and the restored fulfilled.
About the Role: Campus Director

As Campus Director, you'll be the heart and vision-caster of your local center—guiding staff, empowering residents, connecting with churches and donors, and making sure your campus is a thriving, Christ-centered recovery community.
Key Responsibilities
Spiritual & Vision Leadership
- Live and lead with the heart of a disciple-maker—you’re not just running a program; you’re shepherding people.
- Share the hope of Jesus through clear communication and real-life application.
- Foster a culture where your campus staff, residents, and volunteers feel seen, valued, and equipped.
- Collaborate with your Regional Director to prayerfully grow and shape the campus.
People & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and empower your campus staff and interns.
- Lead weekly team meetings that fuel growth, unity, and clarity.
- Build a team of volunteers and leaders who reflect the love and compassion of Christ.
- Provide direction, encouragement, and tools your staff needs to thrive.
Campus Operations
- Be “ridiculously in charge” of your campus’ health, growth, and excellence.
- Create a leadership pipeline that develops current and future leaders.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain all organizational policies and help execute our mission at a high level.
Vocational Training & Recovery Progress
- Develop meaningful partnerships that give residents purpose and life skills.
- Oversee contracts, training quality, and expansion of healthy vocational opportunities.
- Ensure all residents are being prepared for life after the program—spiritually, mentally, and practically.
Fundraising & Community Engagement
- Lead your campus's fundraising efforts and events with vision and creativity.
- Build relationships with local churches, donors, and businesses.
- Speak at church and community events to share the mission and invite partnership.
- Represent Hope Center Ministries with warmth, boldness, and professionalism.
Ongoing Learning & Growth
- Set personal and professional goals that stretch your faith and leadership.
- Commit to regular spiritual development, personal wellness, and continued learning.
- Participate in workshops, leadership training, and monthly leadership meetings.

Additional Requirement
- Have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and must live a life according to Biblical standards
- Agree with the Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Statement, and overall vision of Hope Center Ministries
- Successfully pass background screening & Social media, personal and professional reference checks
- Meet any additional requirements as may be determined by Hope Center Ministries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,066.76 - $47,048.14 per year
